It’s been over one year since we launched & implemented the Starwood Careers Program, the first class with 16 associates were graduated and were very proud to receive the certificate on the night we celebrated 75th anniversary of Sheraton Brand. The second class was already started with 22 associates in different departments in the hotel. With the feedback provided by all direct managers & candidates of the first class, we believe the second class will be more successful.
Sau hơn một năm chương trình Sự nghiệp ở Starwood được đưa vào hoạt động, lớp học đầu tiên gồm 16 nhân viên đã tốt nghiệp chương trình và tự hào nhận bằng tốt nghiệp trong đêm tiệc kỷ niệm 75 năm thương hiệu Sheraton. Hiện nay, khóa học thứ hai đã bắt đầu gồm 22 thành viên đến từ các bộ phận khác nhau trong khách sạn. Với những ý kiến đóng góp từ các quản lý trực tiếp và các học viên của khóa một, chúng tôi tin rằng khóa 2 của chương trình Sự nghiệp Starwood sẽ thành công hơn nữa.
